1.1.இந்தச் சான்றிதழை மின்சார உரிம வாரியம், தமிழ்நாடு, சென்னை - 600 032, மத்திய மின்சார ஆணையத்தின் (பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் மின் விநியோகம் தொடர்பான நடவடிக்கைகள்) ஒழுங்குமுறை மற்றும் வடிவமைப்பு, 2010 இன் ஒழுங்குமுறை 3 இன் கீழ் தமிழ்நாடு அரசாங்கத்தால் செய்யப்பட்ட விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
1.2. Directly Supervise electrical installation works of all voltages including addition,alteration etc..,under an electrical contractors licensed in this behalf.
1.2.இந்த சார்பாக உரிமம் பெற்ற மின் ஒப்பந்ததாரர்களின் கீழ், கூட்டல், மாற்றம் போன்ற அனைத்து மின்னழுத்தங்களின் மின் நிறுவல் பணிகளை நேரடியாக மேற்பார்வையிடவும்.
1.3.This also permits him to be designated under regulation 3 of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and electrical supply) Regulations, 2010 by the appropriate authority.
1.3. மத்திய மின்சார ஆணையத்தின் (பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் மின் விநியோகம் தொடர்பான நடவடிக்கைகள்) ஒழுங்குமுறைகள், 2010ன் ஒழுங்குமுறை 3ன் கீழ், உரிய அதிகாரியால் நியமிக்கப்படுவதற்கும் இது அவரை அனுமதிக்கிறது.
1.4.he is not authorised to undertake the above two work's simultaneously.
1.4. மேற்கண்ட இரண்டு வேலைகளையும் ஒரே நேரத்தில் மேற்கொள்ள அவருக்கு அதிகாரம் இல்லை.
2.1.This certificate is not renewable by any authority other than this licensing Board.it must be produced on demand by the President/secretary, Electrical Licensing Board, Chennai or by the officers of the electrical inspectorate.
2.1. இந்தச் சான்றிதழை இந்த உரிம வாரியத்தைத் தவிர வேறு எந்த அதிகாரியாலும் புதுப்பிக்க முடியாது. இது தலைவர்/செயலாளர், மின் உரிம வாரியம், சென்னை அல்லது மின் ஆய்வாளர் அலுவலகத்தின் அதிகாரிகளால் கோரிக்கையின் பேரில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
2.2.This certificate is renewable once in 4 years.it is to be sent to This office along with demand draft for a sum of Rs: 375/- toward renewal fee ,2 copies of recent passport size photos,2 Speciman signatures and present employment details,three months prior to the date of expiry.
2.2.இந்தச் சான்றிதழ் 4 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்கது. புதுப்பித்தல் கட்டணமாக ரூ: 375/-க்கான டிமாண்ட் டிராஃப்டுடன் இந்த அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் விவரங்கள், காலாவதியாகும் தேதிக்கு மூன்று மாதங்களுக்கு முன்.
2.3.If the requisition for renewal together with all requiste particulars along with this certificate and the prescribed fee is not received in This office as specified above,a surcharge of Rs: 75/- is payable in addition to the renewal fee for each month of delay and part thereof
2.3. இந்த சான்றிதழுடன் அனைத்துத் தேவையான விவரங்களுடன் புதுப்பிப்பதற்கான கோரிக்கை மற்றும் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட கட்டணத்துடன் மேலே குறிப்பிட்டபடி இந்த அலுவலகத்தில் பெறப்படாவிட்டால், ஒவ்வொரு மாதத்திற்கும் புதுப்பித்தல் கட்டணத்துடன் கூடுதலாக ரூ: 75/- செலுத்த வேண்டும். தாமதம் மற்றும் அதன் ஒரு பகுதி
3.1. if the competency certificate is received after the expiry date mentioned in the certificate within a period of one year,fee equal to issue fees Rs: 750/- will be collected and the same competency certificate with the existing number will be renewed from the date of renewal for the balance period.
3.1 ஒரு வருட காலத்திற்குள் சான்றிதழில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள காலாவதி தேதிக்குப் பிறகு தகுதிச் சான்றிதழைப் பெற்றால், வழங்குவதற்கான கட்டணத்திற்கு சமமான கட்டணம் ரூ: 750/- வசூலிக்கப்படும் மற்றும் ஏற்கனவே உள்ள எண்ணுடன் அதே தகுதிச் சான்றிதழும் தேதியிலிருந்து புதுப்பிக்கப்படும். இருப்பு காலத்திற்கான புதுப்பித்தல்.
3.2.If the requisition for renewal is not received within one year from the expiry date,frash application should be given for new - issue.
3.2. காலாவதி தேதியிலிருந்து ஒரு வருடத்திற்குள் புதுப்பித்தலுக்கான கோரிக்கை பெறப்படாவிட்டால், புதிய - வெளியீட்டிற்கு புதிய விண்ணப்பம் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
4. Duplicate copy of this certificate will be issued it is lost on payment of Rs: 500/- or when it is damaged on payment of Rs: 100/- 2 copies of recent passport size photos, 2 Speciman signatures and on cerification by the applicant of the loss of the competency certificate and on production of court affidavit and a certificate from Police Department.
4. இந்தச் சான்றிதழின் நகல் நகல் வழங்கப்படும்: ரூ: 500/- செலுத்தினால் அது தொலைந்துவிடும் அல்லது ரூ: 100/- செலுத்தினால் சேதமடையும் போது சமீபத்திய பாஸ்போர்ட் அளவு புகைப்படங்களின் 2 நகல்கள், 2 மாதிரி கையொப்பங்கள் மற்றும் சான்றிதழ் தகுதிச் சான்றிதழின் இழப்பிற்கான விண்ணப்பதாரர் மற்றும் நீதிமன்ற பிரமாணப் பத்திரம் மற்றும் காவல் துறையின் சான்றிதழை சமர்பித்தால்.
7.This certificate holder should not sign in the test report or completion reports for the electrical installation works not directly supervised by him.
7.இந்தச் சான்றிதழ் வைத்திருப்பவர் அவரால் நேரடியாகக் கண்காணிக்கப்படாத மின் நிறுவல் பணிகளுக்கான சோதனை அறிக்கை அல்லது நிறைவு அறிக்கைகளில் கையொப்பமிடக் கூடாது.
8. This certificate is liable for suspension or cancellation when the holder is found guilty of malpractices/misconduct/incompetence in the workout for any other reason In public interest or violates the provisions of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures Relating to Safety and Electrical Supply) Regulation 2010 ,the conditions under which the certificate is issued.
8. பொது நலன் கருதி அல்லது மத்திய மின்சார ஆணையத்தின் (பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் மின் விநியோகம் தொடர்பான நடவடிக்கைகள்) விதிகளை மீறும் வகையிலோ அல்லது வொர்க்அவுட்டில் முறைகேடுகள்/தவறான நடத்தை/திறமையின்மை போன்றவற்றில் ஹோல்டர் குற்றவாளி என நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டால், இந்தச் சான்றிதழ் இடைநீக்கம் அல்லது ரத்துசெய்யப்படும். ஒழுங்குமுறை 2010, சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படும் நிபந்தனைகள்.
9.No entry in the certificate either addition or deletion or correction should be made except by this licensing board.if any entry is made,the certificate is liable for cancellation.
9.இந்த உரிமக் குழுவைத் தவிர, சான்றிதழில் சேர்க்கப்படுதல் அல்லது நீக்குதல் அல்லது திருத்தம் எதுவும் செய்யப்படக்கூடாது. ஏதேனும் உள்ளீடு செய்யப்பட்டால், சான்றிதழ் ரத்துசெய்யப்படும்.
10.The holder of this certificate should intimate the Board the name and address of the employer under whom he is employed from time to time and get it entered in the service of a contractor,he should immediately report the same to the secretary.
10. இந்தச் சான்றிதழை வைத்திருப்பவர், அவர் பணிபுரியும் முதலாளியின் பெயர் மற்றும் முகவரியை அவ்வப்போது வாரியத்திற்குத் தெரியப்படுத்தி, ஒப்பந்தக்காரரின் சேவையில் உள்ளிட வேண்டும், அவர் உடனடியாக அதை செயலாளரிடம் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
11.Change of address should be notified to the secretary
11.முகவரி மாற்றம் செயலாளருக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்
12.All the fees should be paid through crossed Indian postal order or crossed bank demand draft obtained from any scheduled bank or co-operative bank payable at Chennai drawn in favour of the secretary, Electrical Licensing Board, Chennai. Remittance by any other methods will not be accepted.
12. அனைத்து கட்டணங்களும் கிராஸ்டு இந்தியன் போஸ்டல் ஆர்டர் அல்லது கிராஸ்டு பேங்க் டிமாண்ட் டிராஃப்ட் மூலம் செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும் வேறு எந்த முறையிலும் பணம் அனுப்புவது ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படாது.
13.In all correspondence the competency certificate number should be quoted for easy reference all letters should be addressed to the secretary, Electrical Licensing Board Thiru.vi.ka.indl estate, Guindy, chennai -600032
13.எல்லா கடிதங்களிலும் தகுதிச் சான்றிதழ் எண்ணை எளிதாகக் குறிப்பிடுவதற்கு மேற்கோள் காட்டப்பட வேண்டும்.
14.All the application for issue and requisition for renewal should be sent by registered post. Sending them in any other methods is at their own risk.
14. வெளியீடு மற்றும் புதுப்பித்தலுக்கான கோரிக்கைக்கான அனைத்து விண்ணப்பங்களும் பதிவு தபால் மூலம் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும். வேறு எந்த முறையிலும் அவர்களை அனுப்புவது அவர்களின் சொந்த ஆபத்தில் உள்ளது.
