11.Copy of the work order:conrtact agreement executed between M/s........and has not been received.
12.Copy of the safety certificate with list of equipment is not received.
13.The old original supervisor competency certificate has not been received and the reason for not renewing the supervisor competency certificate in time is not explained.
14. Certificate or and confirming obtained from regulations 3 person having C ......is not received.
15. Electrical Inspector Certificate for the applicant (CEA Authority) During R-30/R-43 inspection
16. Copy of the TANGEDCO Bill of the company shall be sent.
17.Copy of latest Regulation 30 inspection report of the company shall be sent.
18. Present employment details not received.
19. Application is not received through proper channel.
